They have a list of dangerous breeds that they will not cover a landlord or tenant if kept on the property. We get away with it because we own this house and my agent never directly questioned us about her. Kids are kind of a given in a rental situation but pets require large deposits, if they are allowed at all. I'm trying to find a way to make everything work, but we're running low on options. Because she is an organized and goal-driven person, she did it, so you definitely have the right idea also. Your VHS player must have lasted a long time! My parents' died a few years ago, and a VHS player isn't really something that you can easily find at a store these days, either. Enjoy relaxing! You need it. I live an hour outside the city so I could buy and have a house for my doggies... I must have called 80 apartments before fleeing to the countryside (slash suburbia). Good luck... and perseverance.
